My name is Alissa Flores and I am currently a Master of Architecture canidate at the University of Texas at San Antonio. While pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design degree at Texas A&M University, I was very active on campus with my participation in the prestigious Corps of Cadets and the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band. Alongside this, I was a member of the Corps Women’s Soccer Team and more importantly, the American Institute of Architecture Students. From these activities, I was able to gain effective leadership and teamwork skills needed to be successful in any industry.

My passion for architecture began in my freshman year of high school when I had an English project to create a replica of the 1599 Globe Theatre located in London, England. From that point on I had a profound interest for anything architecture related.
